October Favourites <3

October is one of my favourite months. The leaves start to change colour, the air gets fresher and the winter clobber starts making an appearance! Whether you shop online or in store, retailers have their autumn/winter wardrobes at the ready. Below are just a few of my favourite picks this October. All titles will include a link, so if you really want it, just click and the link will take you straight to the product, voila!

Ladylike dressing just got even easier with this sassy cream stripe knitted jumper. Its soft faux-fur trim will give your daytime look a sophisticated edge - and it can be removed too. Could this be any more versatile this season? Team with a luxe-leather bomber jacket for the perfect finish.

Over the knee boots are back and this time they are becoming a statement piece with every outfit. These faux suede beauties feature a mid-height heel and a stretch hem for the perfect fit. The soft-to-the-touch boots will look good with a 70's style swing dress or over a pair of leather leggings  if you fancy a more bold and daring look. At just £69 these are a total steal!

This absolute beauty screams autumn/winter. The latest collection from Urban Code is available at ASOS and features this amazing Chevron stripe coat in faux fur. Displaying the most crisp seasonal shades including burnt orange, rust, black, white and mint green, the coat will work with pretty much anything. From classic black boots to jeans and dresses. This item is perfect for dressing up or down depending on occasion.

For a beautiful statment dress for that upcoming event of yours, opt for the black bodycon dress from Miss Selfridge. Featuring beautiful silver embellishments around a deep plunge neckline and a strappy open back feature, you cant go wrong with this little number! Team with a slinky pair of barely there heels and a silver clutch bag for the ultimate sophisticated look in seconds. Finish the look with a classic red lip or try a more autumn inspired burnt orange shade.

The popular funnel collar is back this season and Zara have managed to blend both neckline and colouring together so well to create a winter ready top in a wild berry red shade. The funnel collar makes even the most casual knitwear instantly smarter, making it a versatile piece to add to your winter wardrobe. The top also has a matching skirt with is available to buy seperately. Both items are linked together online so it's easy to find if you're after the whole shabang!

Nothing works better than a mixture of Autumn/Winter shades against a blend of faux leather and felt. This smart colour block coat is a wardrobe must-have. The high quality item features two front zip pockets, colour block panels and a round collar to show off your new roll-neck jumper. The jacket works with smart leather skirts, high waisted jeans and a pair of chunkiy cleated sole boots.

When the winter sun is shining its always handy to have an updated pair of sunglasses in your handbag. These amazing cat-eye shaped sunglasses from ASOS are a complete winnter. The thin, feminine frame is perfect and lightweight when on-the-go. The cat eye shape is perfect for most face shapes and will complete any outfit in an instant.

Zara - What's New?
